The County Fair is held every year during September. There are many other events that are held at the fair grounds year round, including auto racing, the agriculture history project, and the Watsonville Flea & Certified Farmers Market. The first time the Santa Cruz County Fair was held in Scotts Valley, was in August 1918.
The fair has the usual fun of a carnival.
