The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals specializes in animal rescue and adoption, and also hosts special program such as Humane Education, Pet Loss Support, Special Animals For Special People, Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Assistance Program, and Heather’s Pet Food Bank.
