Sempervirens Creek starts in Big Basin Redwoods State Park at an elevation of 1400 feet. It flows Southwest to enter Blooms Creek. Sempervirens Creek has a few bridges across it where trails cross the creek. A distinctive feature of the creek is Sempervirens Falls.

The creek is located in Big Basin Redwoods State Park, and the nearest town is Boulder Creek.
History
Sempervirens is Latin for "ever green." It is the species of redwood known commonly as coastal redwood or Sequoia sempervirens.
Across the road from Sempervirens Creek Falls is a California Historical Landmark NO. 827. "A group of conservationists led by Andrew P. Hill camped at the base of Slippery Rock on May 15, 1900 and formed the Sempervirens Club to preserve the redwoods of Big Basin. Their efforts resulted in deeding 3,500 acres of primeval forest to the State on September 20, 1902 to mark the beginning of the California State Park System."

The nearest business is the park gift shop. It is open during Summer and late Spring.
Transportation
Following Skymeadow Road by car will pass along Sempervirens Creek. The Sequoia Trail and the Shadowbrook Trail cross Sempervirens Creek.
