The Springtree Homeowners Association owns this park that has trails, picnic tables, and a sizable marsh with tules growing and a small island in the center. The water drains to Dodero Spring Creek, which meanders through the Westside.
There are two main entrances on Quarry Lane, one at the end of the road and another at the end of the private road. Other trails include one leading upwards to Rockridge Lane and a set of stairs that leads up to Limestone Lane.
