Bayside Village is an upscale housing complex located in SoMa, on the Embarcadero. Studios go for $1,600 and up, depending on the floor plan; one- and two-bedroom apartments are also available.

The complex is home to a grocery store, a restaurant, a dry cleaner, underground gated parking, a well-equipped fitness center, and a garden courtyard (no pets allowed!). Bayside Village also provides a free shuttle to and from the Financial District on weekdays.
