The St. Francis Circle Muni station is a small, above-ground station in the West Portal district near Stern Grove at an unruly meeting of Portola, West Portal, St. Francis, Sloat and Junipero Serra. The K and M trains stop there, as well as the 17, 23, 91, 'K Owl' ,and 'M Owl' buses.
