The Bay Lights is an Art Installation unveiled Tuesday March 5 2013.
It is a two year display, which will play nightly from dusk until 2 a.m.
25,000 LED lights were manually tied to the north Face of cables along the Bay Bridge, from Treasure Island into The City.
