Yellow Cab is a cooperative taxicab company.

Originally a subsidiary of the Westgate Corporation, it launched as a cooperative in November 1977 after Westgate filed for bankruptcy the year prior. A group of drivers, dispatchers, mechanics and investors convinced the Federal Bankruptcy Court to let them buy it.
