Add a captionThis significant and vibrant sculpture in Downtown Toledo honors Art Tatum, Toledo native and one of the greatest Jazz pianists to ever live. Key Details: Located in an entry plaza to Huntington Center, an 8,000 seat multi-purpose arena, the sculpture is sited in the center of pedestrian circulation and invites up-close interaction.  Blue LED lights illuminate the relief areas between the black and white stacked panels. Funded by the City of Toledo as part of its One Percent for the Arts program, the sculpture is one of several sculptures located throughout Downtown and several neighborhoods.  The program is administered by The Arts Commission of Greater Toledo.  Additional funding for the $300,000 sculpture was provided by several private donors.
