A 2001 public art campaign in Downtown Toledo, coordinated by The Arts Commission. Over a hundred local artists participated by decorating large frogs cast in Fiberglass. The original frog sculptures were created by UT sculpture student Miguel Romero. Individual frogs were sponsored by local businesses, and many reflected the spirit or theme of the sponsor. Lissa Guyton was the project coordinator.
