At one end turns into Reed Avenue as it crosses Harbor Blvd. It crosses the Jefferson Blvd/Kegle Dr. intersection and at the other it makes turns into(in rapid succession) 6th st, C st, and finally I st at the I Street Bridge, then over the American River to sacramento.
