Briggs and Company Art Gallery is now closed. We featured award winning painters and sculptors as well as beautiful handmade jewelry, ceramics, glass, fiber art, custom furniture, and much, much more! Serious collectors and newcomers alike enjoyed an amazing array, from fine art to unique, out of the ordinary gifts. Briggs and Company hosted the Winters Plein Air Art Festival each spring 2006-20012. Hundreds of artists came to Winters to paint the local scenes, and many more came to admire the beautiful art, thanks so much to all who participated.
