The Woodland Public Library is a Carnegie Library, and was established with a grant amount of $10,000 in 1905. (more about Carnegie libraries).

The Woodland Public Library is city-operated; it is not a part of the Yolo County Library system.

2009-06-03 18:01:17   I love this library, it works with the Sacramento County library system so you have a wide variety of materials available to you. The staff is great and they plenty of computers. The sad news is that budget cuts are really limiting their hours. Last time I was there they told me that they me forced to only be open 20 hours a week.
