Bishop's Pumpkin Farm is a farm with pumpkins and many other crops and livestock—including, on a section designated as the "Hamburger Farm," all the ingredients of a hamburger. It features live entertainment, contests, pig races, hay rides, pony rides, a petting zoo, a corn maze, a pond, play areas (including a hay jump, Fort ALotaFun, and waterslides at Coyote Mountain Mine), the Chicken Show (featuring singing and dancing animated chickens), the O. K. Corral, Farmer Bill's Barn, and a railroad to take you throughout the farm. The Gift Shop and Boo Mart sell souvenirs and Halloween decorations.

Food is available from PigaDeli Square, which is designed to look like the town square of an Old West town. The jailhouse sells Jailhouse Pizza, while the Assayer's Office sells golden corn dogs, the General Store sells garlic fries, Hotel Jalapeño sells tri-tip chimichangas and churros, Tin Shed Barbecue sells tri-tip sandwiches and hamburgers, and Wild Rose Dairy sells ice cream desserts. The farm also includes a cider mill and Mrs. B's Country Bakery, featuring French Apple pie, Walnut pie, Lemon Walnut pie, Pumpkin Walnut pie, and Pumpkin Apple Muffins—all baked from scratch with foods grown on the farm.
