Grizzly Creek is a creek that is about one mile long and crosses from Yuba County into Butte County about two miles northeast of Woodleaf. In Butte County, it flows into Oroleve Creek, which flows into the Feather River south fork.

Grizzly Creek should not be confused with Grizzly Gulch.
