The Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds are bounded on the south by Del Monte Avenue, on the east by Wilbur Avenue, and on the west by Plumas Boulevard. They are used for the Yuba-Sutter Fair and are rented by a variety of groups for various other events throughout the year.
