The Yuba City Summer Stroll is held annually on Plumas Street in Yuba City each June. It takes place June 29, 2009. It's a free event with a luau theme, featuring a hula hoop contest, a spam cook off, a kids' area, entertainment on two stages, and photographers. Wear your Hawaiian clothes!
