Bushof is the central bus terminal in Aachen. Most lines at some point will be at bushof. Shuttle services (e.g. for soccer games or the Uni-Cup) often start here. The layout of the Bushof is complicated. The central bus terminal has several stops both in the roofed part under the building and on both sides of the street. The stops are numbered! (H.1, H.2, H.3....)

Unfortunately, "Deutsche Bahn App", the app which can find good bus connections for you will not tell you which stops you have to go to. There is maps at the stops which tell you which stop to go to though and if you can't find the right one, there is always busdrivers waiting for their shift who will be able to help you (at least in German).
