BARTON, Charles bootmaker Reynella, died 3/5/1893. His estate worth £319, in trust for his daughter Charlotte Barton absolutely, 'all the rest of my family having been already provided for'. BASCOMB, John sheep farmer Terre near Pt Lincoln, died 9/1/1878. Estate worth £2,800. Wife Elizabeth Bascomb, to get £100 a year or life or until her remarriage. BERRY, Frederick Thomas labourer Pt Pirie, died 27/2/1900 Menzies WA, a bachelor and intestate. Letters of administration to his heir at law, his father, John William Berry labourer Pt Pirie. Estate worth £40. Packet 6.

BIGG, Edward farmer Dalkey, died 10/10/1872. Estate worth £100. Letters of administration to his wife, Agnes Bigg Packet 6.

BONNEY, Charles formerly Inspector of Credit Selections Adelaide, late of Woollahra NSW, died 31/4/1896. Estate worth £3,654. Beneficiares included - his wife Charlotte Bonney, his daughter Florence Adelaide Bonney, his sons Arthur Edwin Bonney, Ernest Augustus Bonney and his Sydney solicitor Henry Houghto Burton BRADLEY. Estate in trust for his wife to have the income during her lifetime. Then the unmarried daughters to get the income in equal shares until each one married and her share to be divided between her and her brothers equally. When all the daughters had married, the trust estate to be concluded and the funds to be distributed according to the will. Grandson, Reginald Scofield Bonney, to share in the estate Packet 6.

BURDEN, John Harold fruitgrower Berri, died 23/12/1919. The £1,500 estate to be sold and the cash invested in trust to provide an income for his unnamed wife during her lifetime. After she died, the estate to go to his father, John Britten Burden absolutely. He was also the trustee Packet 6.

BURRELL, William Holmes accountant Adelaide, died 11/10/1881 London, England. His £950 estate to his wife, Mary Jane Burrell Packet 6.

BUTTFIELD, John Parker Stipendiary Magistrate Blinman, died 14/7/1885. Estate worth £657/3/6. His wife Jessie Hay Buttfield, of Glenelg, inherited his estate. Witnesses: Hanson REED storekeeper Moolooloo and Harry Lovell BULLEN clerk of the Local Court Beltana Packet 6.

CHAPPLE, Elizabeth of Goodwood, wife of John Charles Luscombe Chapple licensed victualler Hergott Springs by 1892, died 4/3/1890 intestate. Letters of administration to her husband to settle her £20 estate Packet 6.

CLARK, Charles surgeon Brighton Vic, died 23/12/1872. His widow, Eliza Clark, appointed William Selby DOUGLAS agent King William St, Adelaide, as her attorney to settle her husband's SA estate Packet 6.

CLUCAS, Joseph formerly storeman Portland Estate, late mariner Yatala, died 24/2/1886 St Vincent's Gulf. Executors and trustees: John HEATH master mariner Birkenhead and George WILKS agent Pt Adelaide. All his estate to his wife, Mary Clucas, for life or during her widowhood. Afterwards, his estate to go to his surviving children in equal shares Packet 6.

COLEMAN, Catherine widow Georgetown, died c1876 intestate. Letters of administration to her brother-in-law, Martin MCNAMARA farmer Steelton husband of Mary McNamara the only sister of Catherine Coleman, to settle the £50 estate for the benefit of the Coleman children - William Coleman, Mary Jane Coleman, James Coleman and Kate Coleman. The McNamaras were the guardians of the Coleman children until they reached 21 years Packet 6.

COLLEY, Edward Mammatt agent Adelaide, died 19/8/1887 intestate. Letters of administration to his widow, Marian Fisher Georgina Colley of Glenelg, to settle his £1,000 estate Packet 6.

COMLEY, William labourer New Glenelg, died 3/5/1878 intestate. Letters of administration to his widow, Sarah Comley, to settle his £500 estate Packet 6.

COOPER, Augusta Harridge widow North Adelaide, died 2/8/1867. Executors and trustees; Arthur Bevan Cooper Deputy Surveyor-General of SA and William Withers EWBANK Clerk in Holy Orders Blakiston. The trustees to sell her £1,500 estate and use the income from a trust fund for the proceeds to support her infant son, Charles Brakespeare Cooper, during his minority. He would inherit the estate when he turned 21. If he died before turning 21, the trustees to pay the income to her mother, Mary Woodcock, during her lifetime. After her death, the trust fund to be divided equally amongst the brothers and sisters of AH Cooper - Emma Ewbank, Mary Woodcock, Harriet Woodcock, Fanny Woodcock, Herbert Woodcock, and James Woodcock. DAWKINS, Nicholas grocer Gilberton, died 1/10/1898. He left his £1,300 estate, which included family silver, to his three surviving children, Frederick William Dawkins draper's traveller and John Rose Dawkins accountant both of Gilberton and Charlotte Annie LECKEY nee Dawkins. DIXON, Emma Ann nee HALL wife of Hartley Dixon medical practitioner formerly of Adelaide but now of parts beyond the sea, died 14/5/1890 Carrington St, Adelaide. She left her £1,350 estate in equal shares to her husband, Hartley Dixon, and her three children - Henry Dixon gentleman Westward Ho, Elizabeth Matilda NIESCHE wife of Frederick William Niesche medical practitioner Adelaide and Hartley Richard Dixon a minor under the age of 21. FIRTH, John farmer Leasingham, died 8/9/1869. His entire £400 estate to his wife, Mary FIRTH daughter of John HOOL. Stephen HICKS storekeeper Leasingham and James BROWN farmer Mintaro, to manage her affairs and investments etc, upon her advice. J Firth could not write Packet 6.

FITZGERALD, Helen wife of Henry Marshall Fitzgerald cutter Vernon St, Norwood, died 1/4/1898. She left her entire £400 estate to her husband. She could not write Packet 6.

FORD, Daniel farmer Saddleworth, died 23/9/1897. He left his entire £400 estate to his son, Timothy Ford farmer Saddleworth Packet 6.

FOX, Mary spinster Goodwood Park, died 4/7/1898. Her nephews, George MACHIN commercial traveller North Unley and Thomas Fox Machin jeweller Adelaide to be the executors. The whole of her £750 estate to her nieces and nephews in equal shares - George Machin, Thomas Fox Machin, Hannah Machin, Mary Ann JENKINS, Elizabeth ROBJOHNS and Harriett FOX Packet 6.

HOCKING, Charles William farmer Auburn, died 8/4/1901. LALOUETTE, Jules Honorat merchant Adelaide trading with Ripley WEBB and Henry BLYTH under the style or firm of Ripley Webb & Co, died 22/5/1864 at sea aboard a vessel called La Reine (Adolph VARANGOT the Captain), while on a voyage from Pt Adelaide to Bourbon. JH Lalouette was born on 30/1/1809 in Aix in the Rhone Valley in France. He lived in the Mauritius for many years - until 1835 as a mariner and officer of marines, then as a linen draper in Port Louis(10 Trevise St, Pt Louis) and afterwards a sugar planter in the countryside, before leaving for Pt Adelaide. He commonly used other names while in the Mauritius. On 12/3/1835 at Pt Louis, JH Lalouette married Marie Francoise RENAND, a native of Pt Louis, who had given birth to two children by Lalouette 'of an illicit connection' before their marriage. Three children born in lawful wedlock. 14/6/1844 the LaLouettes divorced. 26/6/1844, JH Lalouette remarried to Jeanne Louise Elmina Lalouette. No issue of the second marriage. Both wives still lived in Mauritiius during the mid-1860s. The first wife was a linen draper in Bourbon St, St Louis, and had remarried to a Marius Arnaud. Only one of JH Laloutte's 5 children by his first wife survived - Therese Rosine Lalouette who married a Mauritius sugar planter called Louis Numa PAILLOTTE at Pt Louis on 10/1/1860 when JH Lalouette already lived in SA. The eldest son, Jules Henry Lalouette, born 10/5/1833, died 15/5/1850 aboard an English vessel, the Rustomjee Cowajee, on a voyage from Calcutta to China. He had become an apprentice seaman. LALOUETTE, Jules Honorat merchant Adelaide trading with Ripley WEBB and Henry BLYTH under the style or firm of Ripley Webb & Co, died 22/5/1864 at sea aboard a vessel called La Reine (Adolph VARANGOT the Captain), while on a voyage from Pt Adelaide to Bourbon. JH Lalouette was born on 30/1/1809 in Aix in the Rhone Valley in France. He lived in the Mauritius for many years - until 1835 as a mariner and officer of marines, then as a linen draper in Port Louis(10 Trevise St, Pt Louis) and afterwards a sugar planter in the countryside, before leaving for Pt Adelaide. He commonly used other names while in the Mauritius. On 12/3/1835 at Pt Louis, JH Lalouette married Marie Francoise RENAND, a native of Pt Louis, who had given birth to two children by Lalouette 'of an illicit connection' before their marriage. Three children born in lawful wedlock. 14/6/1844 the LaLouettes divorced. 26/6/1844, JH Lalouette remarried to Jeanne Louise Elmina Lalouette. No issue of the second marriage. Both wives still lived in Mauritiius during the mid-1860s. The first wife was a linen draper in Bourbon St, St Louis, and had remarried to a Marius Arnaud. Only one of JH Laloutte's 5 children by his first wife survived - Therese Rosine Lalouette who married a Mauritius sugar planter called Louis Numa PAILLOTTE at Pt Louis on 10/1/1860 when JH Lalouette already lived in SA. The eldest son, Jules Henry Lalouette, born 10/5/1833, died 15/5/1850 aboard an English vessel, the Rustomjee Cowajee, on a voyage from Calcutta to China. He had become an apprentice seaman.
