Most important is the pedestrian crossing at IGA end of Main Street;

Approximately 150 people attended the meeting on 3 February at 7:30pm at the CFS, organised by Peter Bartsch (Vice President of HBTA).
Sarenah, President of HBTA, had printed over 1,200 notices of the meeting which were distributed to all traders in the Main Street, placed in all mail boxes at the PO, and volunteers from the HCA who letterbox drop the Village Voice had kindly covered the remainder of the residents within the town.
Jim F felt a letter of thanks for organising the meeting should be sent to the HBTA.
Action: Wendy W
Harold suggested that local residents should identify safer areas for traders, but after discussion it was agreed that the CFS are unable to do this and the HCA should not either.
Phil suggested there should be a further meeting early in the season to hear of updates of fire information. We should write to HBTA advising of this.
