Scott advised he sought heritage advice on paint, recommended lime wash or murabond coating with 10 year longevity, preferred option. Site – how to landscape with no water – good selection of native plants. Initiating Feature survey of site to determine paths and where they go. Hill is an issue, consider contours and levels. This will determine final boundaries. Fire risk on site in terms of design, plants and safety, separation from building. Animal corridor? Needs to be checked. Dam on encroached area.
