Sylvia Hart is the 'Honey Lady' and apart from the excellent range of products, the best thing going for this shop is Sylvia herself.  She is an absolute mine of information and a delightful lady to talk to.

So what is on offer?  Well honey obviously.  A range of raw, blended, specialist and medicinal types.  The uses for honey are far and wide from toppings, cooking, sweetening and medicinal both topically and internally.  However, honey is not the only thing on offer.  There is an interesting range of herbs and spices which are all available in loose form which means you can buy as little as 50gm.  All these spices and herbs are organic and where possible sundried and fair trade items.  Even the jars and labels are all local products.
