16-1033 BBA16-015 Show Cause Hearing for 2710 Pontiac Trail. Garage and secondary building on property in poor condition, Pontiac Trail LLC owner. Property owner has pulled permits for demolition. The building is considered a dangerous building. The parcel is a large parcel.

16-1034 BBA16-013 132 Hill Street Packet. House in rough shape, garage collapsed. Owner is no longer living in Ann Arbor, has intent to sell the house  Zoning is R4.

16-1038 BBA15-026 721 South Division Continuation Hearing. Owner-occupied house in poor condition, with significant hoarding and "domestic squalor" according to board.

Old business:

836 Brookwood. Cleanup has begun, some structural items are remaining. Intent by owner to use as a rental.

2026 Devonshire. Continuing cleanup. Owner deciding to demolish property, sell as vacant lot.

827 East University. Debris out of house, permits applied for. "A long way to go" but they are working.

2460 Yost. Property has sold, city waiting to meet new owners.

2001 Commerce. Former car wash. Car wash removed, graffiti cleaned up. Work in progress.
