The Ann Arbor Palestine Film Festival debuts in March 2009, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The festival will be a turning point in fostering local awareness and understanding of Palestinian culture and struggle through art to diverse Ann Arbor interest groups and surrounding communities.

The second annual Ann Arbor Palestine Film Festival opened on Wednesday, 10 March with the feature film Pomegranates and Myrrh. Such festivals are a growing phenomenon with new ones popping up throughout the United States.
