Even after the demise of the Bill Knapp's chain, this cake was still available at local Meijer's in the bakery section, but in 2007 a Meijer's bakery employee reported that Meijer's no longer carried the Bill Knapp's cake. There is nothing remotely like it on the market anywhere.
