Ann Arbor-based Control Gaging Inc. has been acquired by Marposs S.p.A., according to a statement issued Friday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Even though Control Gauge is a division of Marposs now, both companies are going to continue to work independently," said Gary Sicheneder, manager of new market development for Marposs North America. "That's the primary issue."
