Dynics Inc. purchased the flex facility at 620 Technology Drive in Ann Arbor, MI, from private investor MAFAR LLC for $1 million, or about $68 per square foot. The buyer manufactures industrial computer systems including flat panel touchscreen monitors and integrated workstations used in factory floor automation. Dynics plans to move its headquarters to the property.
