The Jim Toy Community Center (JTCC) is a resource for the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and allied residents of Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and greater Washtenaw County. It "exists to provide information, education, social events, and advocacy by and for the Queer and Ally community in the Washtenaw County area."

The center was formerly called the Washtenaw Rainbow Action Project but was renamed in 2011 in honor of local LGBT activist Jim Toy. Currently (2015), Toy serves on the center's board of directors, along with President Brad O'Conner, Vice President Kerene Moore, Roberta Allen, Logan S. Casey, Jason Morgan, Travis Radina, Charlotte Myers, Amy McLoughlin-McKee, Travis Gonyou, and Past President Sandi Smith.

The center is located at 319 Braun Court, next to Common Language Bookstore.
