- http://www.worldchanging.com/archives/004125.html, Seattle is grappling with the question of transportation also. Reminds me of my visit to RecentChangesCamp in Portland. They have great policies there for cars. a fee-less square for the downtown area. Progressive parking meters, encouraging short trips, and public transportation for long visits to the city.
