July 22, 2008 Northside housing plan gets go-ahead Ann Arbor News "Ann Arbor's City Council approved the 30-plus acre North Sky residential development Monday, over the objections of neighborhood residents who are unhappy about density of the project. The project will include 196 units, 92 of them detached single-family homes."
