Otto K. Scheffler (April 16, 1908 - July 1966) was appointed City Manager of East Ann Arbor in 1948, after serving time as their City Clerk. In 1957 he was involved in the purchase of the land that became Community Park, which was later renamed Scheffler Park (in 1970).
