Owosso is a city in Shiawassee County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 15,713 at the 2000 census. It is located about 70 miles north-northwest of Ann Arbor.
The historic Ann Arbor Railroad had a passenger station in Owosso, and the Great Lakes Central Railroad has its headquarters there.
