Priya Rajagopal has been professionally developing software for over 15 years and is currently the Director of Mobile Development at Invicara Inc, a startup developing Intelligent Building Systems . Her current passion is mobile development and she has several published apps.  She is an active member of the local mobile developer community where she frequently speaks at technical conferences / user groups and co-organizes theMobile Monday, Ann Arbor group. In her spare time, she does freelance mobile app development consulting and mentoring through her company, Lunaria Software .

Prior to mobile, she worked on a range of technologies including IPTV, Social TV, targeted advertising, network management and platform security and is a co-inventor on 21 US patents. She was also an active member of the ETSI TISPAN group that defined IPTV standards. 

Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking , watching crime dramas and is passionate about encouraging women in technology.
