Seajoys is owned by Shijoy Kallungal, whose name has the same pronunciation as his restaurant. Kallungal also owns Sips Bar and Grill in Farmington Hills. He was friends with the Chennai Villas owner and opened his Ann Arbor business on Valentine's Day. His goal is to serve authentic, healthful Indian food.
