Description: The Christian Church of Arlington Heights began over fifty years ago to meet a need in the Northwest Suburbs of the Chicago area. We are a Protestant congregation and are affiliated with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). A Christian movement born on the American frontier a century and a half ago; The Disciples have their General Offices in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our members come to worship from a broad area, drawn together by our common approach to Christian faith. We have been worshiping and serving as a congregation since 1957. We seek to preach and practice a biblical faith devoted to justice and peace, responsive to truth, and concerned for the spiritual growth of all persons.
