Phoenix Pastificio is a manufacturer of fresh pasta (in about two dozen different flavors), seasonal raviolis, pastries and bread. You can find their products at the local farmers markets, and probably eat them at local restaurants. If you know where to look on the west side of Strawberry Creek Park in the building between Addison Street and Strawberry Creek, you can go in the door to their pasta-making factory and buy fresh pasta that has just been made. They welcome walk-ins even though there is no obvious storefront.
