San Pablo Avenue is a street on the west side of Berkeley which also runs through several other cities. The 72/72M/72R AC transit bus routes run along San Pablo Avenue, traversing the cities of Oakland, Emeryville, Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito, San Pablo, and Richmond.
