"Best of Boise" is an annual local review of area business and events complied by the independent newspaper the Boise Weekly.   For more than 10 years the Boise Weekly has collaborated a local area review with open ballot procedures.   Ballot items such as the best pizza, sandwich, sporting event, family venue, free local activity, micro-beer, dentist, public park, pub, bank, and a plethora of other local businesses receive votes from the local community via an online voting system.
