The Idaho Statesman is a daily newspaper serving Boise, Idaho and the surrounding area. It has circulation of 61,000 daily and over 83,000 Sunday papers. The paper was originally published under the name "Tri-Weekly Statesman" in 1864. In 1888 the paper was sold and became a daily paper under the new name- the "Idaho Daily Statesman."
