The Craftsmen Cafe was located in Clarence Hollow, just 15 minutes from downtown Buffalo, and was home to the Chunkee (and Spunkee) Monkee all natural treats seen on TV and shown at the Taste of Buffalo. 1
" . . a place where people can go and have a great homemade lunch buffet or Saturday/Sunday brunch, shop at our mercantile or attend a class. Our mercantile features goods/products from local businesses. The walls are filled with beautiful art by local artisans. Our buffet features homemade soups, wraps, deviled eggs, breads, salads, casseroles, our great mac & cheese, desserts(monkees), drinks and on Weekends our famous Scotch Eggs, Crème Brulee French Toast, Belgium Waffle Bar and more! Many of the vegetables and herbs used on the buffet - we grow ourselves organically."
