The Niagara Power Project Visitors Center, also known as The Power Vista, provides an amazing view of the Niagara Falls Gorge, over 50 fun, hands-on activities for learning about electricity, and historical exhibits about Niagara Falls, the Niagara Falls Power Plant, and Buffalo. In addition, there is on display, a mural, commissioned by the Power Project for its opening, by Thomas Hart Benton called Mural of Father Hennepin at Niagara Falls. For history buffs, there is a viewer with 3D depictions of the 1901 Pan-American Exposition. It stunningly shows why Buffalo was nicknamed, The City of Light.
