Paczki (pronounced "poonch-key") are Polish jelly donuts. Paczki are eaten to celebrate on Fat Tuesday, which is known in some communities as Paczki Day. Paczki Day 2010 is Tuesday, February 16th. While some people say "paczkis", the word "paczki"" is the plural form of "paczek" (pronounced "pon-check").
