Albert M. Scott (1866-1935) was a member of the Chico Board of Trustees from 1907 to 1919. He was also elected as a member of the Board of Freeholders which drafted the City Charter in 1921. He was proprietor of A.M. Scott’s Feed Store and the Chico Hotel.
