Chico Marketplace is a small shopping center in Central Chico. It is located on the corner of Mangrove Avenue and 7th Avenue. It was once home to the record store, The Wherehouse, before it closed in 2003. Big 5 Sporting Goods has called Chico Marketplace home for a long time, and Mid Valley Bank relatively recently moved in.
