Film Production: Not Quite Hollywood is a group of like minded artistic individuals who create films. All movies produced by Not Quite Hollywood are done so with little or no budget. Their goal is to provide Northern California residents with access to the resources needed to learn and create great films.

Accomplishments to Date: Under the current partnership of Shawn Dyer and James Smith, Not Quite Hollywood has produced and self distributed five short films while simultaneously striking a newfound interest in cinema throughout the community in Chico California.
