"Spirit Flags" — Stained Glass Sculpture on Forest Ave Spirit Flags are on Forest Avenue in the median in front of Wittmeier Ford & Honda. They were designed and installed by local artist Cal Ling and were part of the City Art Project. The Arts Commission was also responsible for helping to bring this artwork to the median. The cost of the project was covered by the Redevelopment Agency art fund at approximately $25,000.

Drivers now have something more to look at besides trees and buildings.
