Sutter Hall II will be a dormitory building on the Chico State campus, it is currently under construction. It is named after Sutter County, as was the original Sutter Hall. It will be next to Whitney, Lassen, and Shasta Halls. The project consists of two buildings, one five story building for residents (up to 228 people) and the other for activities/recreation. Whitney Hall's Food Service Facility is slated to be replaced by a new one at Sutter Hall. Both buildings combined will take up approximately 32,000 square feet.1
