2012-03-15 21:37:29   Decent place. Owned by CSU Chico, open to students only. No alcohol, drugs, candles. (at least that's the policy.... no one really follows it)

Central heat and air (in my 4-person cluster). Requests for maintenance take a while. I had a clogged toilet (plunger had no effect) for 3 days before being fixed.... maintenance staff is overworked.

But a good place for people out on their own for their first time. For an experienced apt dweller, look elsewhere... especially the 21+ crowd. You'll be surrounded by people who have never been on their own, and have no idea on how to behave.
