Casual Saturday Ride: Tucker Creek
Check out the Tucker Creek Trail and Extension . If you live in Old Town Conway you might think of a possible Saturday route that includes these trails like this:
- Ride to the Faulkner County Library. Don't forget to check out the Urban Farming Project behind the library.
- Go up Tyler (away from Hendrix, across Donaghey Ave).
- Near the pool you will see a park to your left, swing in there and catch the Tucker Creak Trail Extension.
- The trail will end at Prince St. Go right. (an extension is in progress.. )
- at Salem Rd turn left. Follow it past College Ave.
- See a park on the right? That's Tucker Creek Trail.
- I just ride it to the end and back more often than not.
- Back on Salem Rd, head back to College Ave and take a right.
- Left on Farris Rd. First Right (Robinson Ave).
This is a nice curvy section that takes you right past Laurel Park as well as Stoby's and back into Old Town Conway. Please feel free to add info like distances, street names.. to my route.
