The Midwest Technology and Manufacturing Centre is a makerspace based in Peoria IL. Their makerspace was founded in 2014 as a way for those in the Peoria community to come together, create, share and collaborate on a variety of projects. They currently have 20 member but they are still growing.

Some of the many things coming out of their makerspace are: 3D printing, homebrewing, Pumpkin Carving (when the season calls for it), gaming, game development, costume design, and homemade root beer.

The Midwest Technology and Manufacturing Centre attended the Heartland Maker Fest for the first time in 2014. Their booth featured a 3D printer that the group constructed themselves, a slide show of their past events, and a cooler of their homemade root beer.
